3M Wetordry cloth disc 281W features a strong, waterproof mesh type cloth backing so the abrasive may be run wet or dry. It is commonly used for finishing on substrates like paint, E-coat primer, gel coat and metal. Discs clip-on to a hand pad for hand applications.
